This time of year is all about citrus and we have juiced so many meyer lemons that we just had to make pie! This heavenly baked pie is like that yummy lemon pie we all love without the meringue. Baked in a flaky whole wheat butter crust, this slice of pie is going to pair nicely with that cup of tea.
